Job Description

ENTEL, Inc., is a representative of manufacturers that make products for stormwater quality and quality control. ENTEL is seeking a outside sales representative to cover the Michigan and Ohio portion of the Company’s territory. This role must be filled by someone whose internal drive and motivation for sales determines that they’re out of the office, engaged in face-to-face contact with regulators, civil engineers, and contractors, as their primary activity. ENTEL will train you regarding products represented, basic design practices, how to assist engineers in design, and other necessary aspects of the market we work within. You will work from home and MUST possess the self-motivation and self-organizational skills to use your time and freedom effectively. The base of operations will be southeast Michigan.

Primary Responsibilities

· Increase ENTEL revenue.

· Establish and maintain regular contact with ENTEL’s clients including regulators, civil design engineers, and contractors.

· Develop and maintain good rapport with all contacts.

· Schedule and provide luncheon training sessions on new products and updates to existing products.

· Provide input for eMarketing efforts.

· Provide design support for engineers specifying products.

· Follow up on quoted projects with dealers, contractors, and engineers to close sales.

· Acquire competitor pricing and sales techniques then share them with other sales staff.

· Stay abreast of state and local regulations affecting the stormwater market.

· Occasional .travel to Ohio.

· Internally driven to win sales – a self-starter that, once trained, needs little guidance or management.

· Goal oriented and prefers self-guidance to meet sales goals for themselves and the Company.

· Creative. Overcomes obstacles to client contact and sales growth.

· Excellent communication skills with all Company contacts and employees.

· Strong integrity, honest and tactful, but direct.

Qualifications

3 years of sales experience preferred, although, not necessary for the right candidate.

College degree whether Associates or Bachelors.

High School diploma required.

Benefits

Salary and $10,000 stipend for insurance. Total yearly income range $70k - $110K+ per year possible. Includes base salary and bonuses or commission.

Paid one week break from Christmas to New Year’s Day, a one-week paid vacation, and all major holidays will be paid time off.
